Description:	Based on resident record review and interview with resident, it was determined that the facility failed to administer medications in accordance with the physician?s or other prescriber?s instructions. Evidence: Resident A?s Medication Administration Record does not have documentation for administered medications on August 12th and 13th, 2023 for the following medications: Aspirin 81mg, Atorvastatin 10mg, Calitriol .25mg, Docusate 100mg, Glucerna Shake, Lispro Insulin 100u, Pantoprazole 40mg, Fiber-lax captabs 625mg, Levothyroxine 150mg, Trazadone 50mg, Fluticasone 0.5% nasal spray, Warfarin 2mg, Loratadine 10mg, Acetaminophen 10mg, Lisinopril 20mg, Olanzapine 10mg, Lisinopril 5mg, Amlodipine 10mg, Polyethylene Glycol.
