Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted announced initial inspection on 8/10/2021. LI walked the physical plant, verified window and room measurements. The windows in the common area met the qualifications outlined in Standard 22VAC73-910. The windows in the sleeping areas met the qualifications outlined in Standard 22VAC73-900. The LI reviewed policies and procedures. LI reviewed the the sworn disclosure statements and criminal background checks for staff, and reviewed the pendant system that will be used by residents if they need assistance. The Fire, Health, and Building Inspections have been completed.
