Type of inspection: Other An on-site modification inspection was conducted on 10-4-23 (AR 1:15 p.m./ dep 2:10 p.m) Facility census was 26. Tour of building C- for compliance- changing building to safe, secure unit. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. A final exit meeting will be scheduled. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
