An announced initial inspection was conducted at the facility on November 22, 2021 by licensing staff from 10:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A tour of the facility was conducted which included the following observations: building and grounds, facility postings and the first aid kit. Measurements were taken of resident rooms. No violations were issued. A Conditional license is recommended. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
