An announced initial inspection was conducted at the facility on February 18, 2022 by licensing staff from 9:27 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A tour of the facility was conducted which included the following observations: building and grounds. Measurements were taken of resident rooms. Water temperatures were taken. No violations were issued. A Conditional license is recommended. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
