Census 38 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 3 resident records and three staff records records, 5 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The residents were observed during lunch and activities. The pharmacy review report, dieticians report and health care oversight were all reviewed at the time of inspection.
