An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted by the Licensing Inspector from the Eastern Regional Office on 11/21/2019 from 12:21 PM to 2:01 PM and on 01/14/2020 from 9:07 AM to 9:26 AM. The complainant alleged concerns regarding resident to resident sexual assault. There were 42 residents in care at the time of the inspection. 2 resident records were reviewed. Interviews were conducted with staff and residents. Based on the findings during this inspection, the complaint was found not valid at this time. The facility did not receive any violations during this inspection.
