An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/16/2024 and completed on 09/24/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 09/17/2024 related to administration and special services. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record electronically on 09/16/2024 and additional information electronically on 09/23/2024. This inspection included document review and interviews.
