An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 30, 2024. A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Mahrukh Aziz, Keesha Minor, and Sarah Zirzow at the Campagna office. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
