A complaint was received by the Fairfax Licensing office on 6/21/2023 regarding behavior guidance and supervision of children. On 6/22/2023, an investigation was initiated, in the morning between 9:50 am and 11:10 am. The investigation included interviews with the management team and staff. The investigation was completed on 6/28/2023. It was determined that the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation, and the complaint is deemed not valid.
