New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet fully complied with the requirements. Those Standards not yet in compliance included the timing of tuberculosis screenings, staff orientation training and documentation and child abuse and neglect training and shaken baby/traumatic head injury training. An updated emergency preparedness plan was not reviewed. The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
Timing in regard to the dates of employ, fingerprinting results, and signed sworn disclosure and affirmation statements was reviewed.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/12/2021 and concluded on 11/2/2021. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 31 children present and 7 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
