A complaint was received in the licensing office on 12/01/2022 regarding behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. An investigation was initiated on 12/01/2022 and concluded on 12/02/2022. Video footage and records were reviewed and interviews were conducted. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
