Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on record review, a repeat search for the central registry was not completed after 5 years for an employee of the facility. Evidence: The central registry search results for Staff A were completed on 2/14/2019. A repeat search was not completed before 2/14/2024, as required. Plan of Correction: Documentation will be submitted for the five year renewal of the central registry search. Results will be shared with the Licensing Inspector once received.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-C Description: Based on record review, results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening, required at least every two years from the date of the initial screening, was not completed and in the file. Evidence: The tuberculosis screening for Staff A expired on 2/23/2023. No follow up screening was available for review. Plan of Correction: The follow up screening will be conducted right away.
