An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/09/2024 and
completed on 09/09/2024.
The on-site inspection began at 3:40 pm and ended at 4:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records
and 4 staff records [on-site].
This inspection included
