An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/28/2023 from 8:25 am-9:15 am. There were 15 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, tabletop activities, and making play dough. No violations were observed during this inspection.
