An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/09/2024 and completed on 12/09/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 11/12/2024 relating to injury. The inspector reviewed one child?s record. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
