An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/18/2024 and completed on 7/18/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:51AM and ended at 12:35PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included ?
?document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
?tour of the facility,
?interviews,
?observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 7/23/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-80-A Description: For each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Licensing inspector observed 12 children in care and only 11 children were marked as present on the attendance during the inspection on 7/18/2024. Plan of Correction: Provider marked child present on attendance.
