An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/22/204 and completed on 7/22/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records. This inspection included.
? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-500-A Description: Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that children's hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting and any contact with blood, feces, or urine.
Evidence:
Two children did not wash their hands after toileting.Plan of Correction: Staff will ensure that children wash their hands after toileting.
