2/4/20 An unannounced complaint investigation regarding behavior management and staff:child interactions was started today. On site staff interviews were conducted today.
This complaint investigation will be continued at a later date.
2/6/20 The complaint investigation was continued today. The Inspector completed staff interviews and a review of administrative information today.
After careful review of all available information, this complaint has been deemed not valid.
Ongoing compliance with the Minimum Standards is the responsibility of the licensee.
