This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/14/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing, and supervision.
After review of all available information, this complaint was deemed not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
