An unannounced record review inspection was initiated and completed on 2/13/2024. The inspector was on site from 2:30pm until 3:15pm.
The only records reviewed were staff records. Three records were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on record review, the center failed to ensure tuberculosis screening documentation shall be completed within the last 30 days of the date of employment.
Evidence: Staff #1, with a hire date of 2/12/2024 had a tb screening on file with the date of 10/1/2023 during the inspection on 2/13/2024.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
