An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted during the before care portion of the program on February 12, 2020. Upon entry to the facility, there were two staff present with 19 school age children. Children were observed arriving to the program, coloring, playing with board and card games, and playing in the gymnasium before being released to school. Five children's records were reviewed on this date. Information for the two staff present was reviewed. Two medications and authorization forms were reviewed. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, documentation, children's records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, fire and health inspection reports, emergency supplies and required postings.
