The licensing inspector conducted an inspection on 5/14/2024 regarding an injury that occurred on 4/19/2024. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 9:15am until 9:45am. The inspection reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, special care and emergencies, programs. Staff interviews and review of documentation were conducted.
