During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on November 19, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 4:00 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were forty-two children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s and three staff records. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
