An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 08/26/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 and ended at 12:55. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 3 staff.
The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The playground was not inspected due to a bee infestation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
