Recommended including pharmacy labels with the set of medication kept in with the emergency supplies.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00 am-11:45 am. There were 29 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing creating Valentine's Day mailboxes, participating in music class, playing play dough, and cleaning up in preparation to transition to other activities. Staff were observed helping children with projects, and engaging in respectful dialog with children. Hand washing procedures were also observed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on record review, one of five children's records did not contain complete addresses for two emergency contacts.
Evidence:
Child 1's record listed the names and phone numbers of two adults to contact in the event of an emergency but the physical addresses were not listed.Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents to complete the missing information.
