A complaint investigation was initiated 9/12/2023 and concluded on 9/19/2023 regarding allegations of supervision. Staff interviews were conducted at the facility on 9/12/2023 and an additional interview was completed 9/19/2023. One staff record and one child's record were reviewed along with accident/injury reports. The allegations of supervision were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
