An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the OCCHS office on 2/17/2022. Interviews were conducted with staff and children relating to the allegation of inappropriate discipline. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation doe snot support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
