1. The record for staff #3 (hired 3/14/24) and staff#4 (hired 3/14/24) did not contain documentation of CPR certification.
2. Staff confirmed that staff #3 and #4 did not have CPR certification.Plan of Correction: Staff will attend CPR and First Aid certification course.
