An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 08/19/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/25/2024 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, a violation that was not reported was found related to special feeding needs and is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
