An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on March 6, 2020 in response to allegations received by the Division regarding infant nutrition. Based on staff interviews and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be "not valid".
