This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/30/2022 and concluded on 4/1/2022. The site supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were eight children present, ranging in ages from infants to five years, with seven staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and one staff record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
