There were eight children present with six staff.
The children were resting and eating a snack.
Three child records were reviewed. One staff record was reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A Description: Based on a review of document s, and an interview with a staff member, the facility failed to provide annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
1. The last fire inspection report is dated 8-31-21.Plan of Correction: The site supervisor reported that the fire official will be contacted.
