An unannounced inspection was initiated on 09/26/24 and completed on 10/25/24 with local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/24/24 relating to allegations of injury reports and the supervision of children. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
