An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:50AM to 8:45AM. 5 children (12pts) were supervised by 2 caregiver. The physical space, required posted documents, 2 children?s records, caregiver records, attendance, the menu and first aid supplies were reviewed. No medications were on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review and interview with the Provider, the Provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the first screening. Evidence: The screenings for Caregiver 1 expired 3/22/2023 and Caregiver 2 expired 6/11/2022. Plan of Correction: The screenings will be completed right away.
