As a reminder, within 30 days of a household member turning 14 years of age are required to have a Central Registry search request completed.
- Comments:

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was completed today. A total of 10 children (18pts) with 2 staff were onsite today. The children were busy interacting with one another in the "farmer's market" center where they picked produce to purchase. The center had a scale to weigh produce and a cash register to use for purchasing. The center coincided with circle time where the staff read a book about what grows on a farm. A nice transition to hand washing was observed before morning snack. The children sat at two tables where they were able to pour their own milk and snack on Cheerios. Snack amounts were sufficient which allowed for second helpings for those children who requested. Some identified food allergies and emergency medication onsite. The children finished morning snack and independently put their shoes and jackets on to transition to outside play time. A total of 5 children's records were reviewed. Both electronic and paper files are maintained. No new staff or household members at this time. All background checks remain current at this time. This inspection occurred between 10am and 11:15am.
