An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 8/19/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 12:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
