An unannounced inspection was conducted 06/06/2024 in response to a complaint received by licensing regarding staffing and supervision and programs. Interviews were conducted and observations made. The evidence during the inspection did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
