An unannounced, on-site health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 08/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 9:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
