An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/23/23. The provider and assistant were present with 11 children, a total of 22 points. The children were observed playing outside. Dismissal was also observed. Reviewed the providers paperwork and the space inside after the children left for the day. The provider operates a half day preschool at the home.
