An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/6/2024 and completed on 9/6/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 9/25/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

1. Several areas within the classroom had rusting items: the entry doorway of the children?s restroom was rusting along the borders of the door and hinges; the heating vent in the children?s restroom was rusted; cabinets located beneath the classroom sink, had rusting hinges and a rusted padlock on the first aid kit cabinet.

In the cabinet under the classroom sink there was a disinfectant spray, two sanitizing solutions, and bathroom cleaner. The manufacturer?s label stated ?keep out of reach of children.?
