Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on December 19, 2022, from 10:50 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 50 children, ages 4 months through 5, in the care of 9 staff. Five children and eight staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for two children.
Areas observed were: infant feeding, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, outside play, craft activity, and education centers. The children appear to aware of their daily routine and schedule. No violations were found during this inspection.
