The new requirement for the provider to have at least one working carbon monoxide detector in the home was reviewed. The provider was able to demonstrate full compliance with this requirement.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/13/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present (26points), ranging in ages from 10months to 4years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
