A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 08/13/2024 and completed on 08/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff records, and 1 household member record on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
