An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 20 2022 between 10:30am and 11:45am. There were 8 children (20 points) in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed coloring, playing with toys, and reading books. Violations are noted on the Violation Report. Evidence: The provider did not have documentation that a minimum of 2 shelter in place procedures were conducted during the year.Plan of Correction: Will conduct and document shelter in place drills.
