22.1 Early Childhood Care and Education

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 2:06pm. The program director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 85 children and 23 direct-care staff present. Ratios were in compliance at the time of the inspection. Children were observed departing for the day and transitioning into the aftercare program. The facility appeared to be clean, and classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
