An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 02/02/2023 between the hours of approximately 11:50 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. There was one child present with the Provider and one assistant for a total of 3 points within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
