An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 28, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed four children's records and one staff records on-site on October 28, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
