June 26, 2024 A review of staff personnel files was conducted this date by inspectors Diana DeSilva, Miranda Wright, Leah Pagala, Derek Acosta and Margaret Allworth at the Pennino SACC office building. Record reviews for regional supervisors and subs are documented with Shrevewood site file.
