Technical Assistance:

1. Discussed requirement to post in the home the most recently issued inspection findings. 2. Reviewed acceptable proof of identity documents. 3. Inspector has provided instructions for obtaining background checks. 4. Inspector will provide a model emergency drill log form and training resources.

Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:55am. Observed 5 children totaling 13 points with 2 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were playing with toys, making an art project, washing hands and eating lunch during the inspection. Each child brings their own individual lunch daily. The caregivers were actively engaged with the children and activities. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
